Full Process SEO/WebLogic Personel Needed

Pro Traffic System is a U.S. Based SEO and Web 2.0 Marketing Firm Specializing in Web Domination for Local Businesses. We are seeking a firm that can handle the outsourcing services of our business for some or all of the components of the enclosed specifications.

The following departments or components constitute the necessary services for the setting up and maintenance of (1) Client Account. We have listed this in this manner so you can get a idea of scope of work and scalability for multiple accounts.

This particular job request is listed so that you can bid on the job in its entirety. This includes all the departments/components as one job as a whole. If you want to bid on individual departments/components of this job, we have opened separate job requests for each department/component and the links are provided below. We prefer to have these departments handled by one firm inclusively but will entertain bids on individual departments.

With the current marketing plan we have in place we have an anticipated ramp up within the next 2-3 months of 5 accounts per month to 20 accounts per month, where each phase of our components/departments need to be implemented. The number of accounts we anticipate in the first 12 months is 135 and then growing at the end of the 12 months by a total of 20 accounts per month.

In other words, this process/job request is just for 1 account, and we need the bids and services of a firm that can repeat this process over and over for each client/account steadily as they come in. We are looking for a firm(s) that can grow with our company and offer scale ability to provide both new account set ups and ongoing promotion of existing accounts.

We have segmented our processes into the following departments and (conservative estimates of time associated with each component of our system in man hours)

Department 1: Content Creation – 3 Hours

We will require content creation and writing for each new account set up that will consist of the following items.

1. We will provide (3) Keywords per new account that we will require content for.

2. Need (1) Keyword Rich Content Piece with a 250- 300 word description or information that is on topic for the subject keyword.

4. We need (2) Spun Content Pieces off the original content piece In Item#2 that changes up the wording by 30% to be considered original content by Google.

5. We need (1) Original Article Written (Per Each Keyword) Provided That Are Written According To The Editorial Guidelines of ezine articles.
