3D game real time viewer for web developed with UNITY. We have the 3D scene made in 3D max of several houses for sale.\r\nWe need the following functionality.\r\n1. First person view / walk around and take a look. Gravity on/of\r\n2. Birdseye view / flyby\r\n3. The real time viewer must be programmed so that it is communicating with a .unity3d file. The .unity3D file will be different for each project, but with same object naming. The real time viewer must interact with these parameters so that re programming is unnecessary for new projects.\r\n4. Interaction in \\\"first person view\\\"\r\no Walk with use of keyboard (w,a,s,d and \\\"arrows\\\")\r\no Walk and flyby with us of the mouse.\r\n Use of the scroller to zoom\r\n Left click - rotate lie in a 360 degree image.\r\n Right click - pan\r\n Double click:\r\no Left movement - rotate left\r\no Right movement - rotate right\r\no Forward movement - move forward\r\no Backward movement - move backwards\r\no Shadows that is depended on interactive parameters for location, date and time. The user should be able to change these parameters and see how this affects the scene. These parameters should be possible to get from the 3d max file.\r\no Map that shows your position in the scene at any time.\r\n\r\no Hotspots on each house/apartment that leads to an indoor scene.\r\n Interaction for the indoor scene:\r\no Switch between several different textures for the floor, wall and so on.\r\no Switch between several different kitchen models with different textures.\r\no Switch between several different door types with different textures, with and without glass.\r\no Price calculator with parameters from the choice of objects in the scene.\r\n Example:\r\no A door with glass is more expensive than a door without glass.\r\no The user shall be able to experiment with different objects and see how his/her choice varies the total price for this specific condo or house.
