Help with Music On Website

I'm having difficulty with audio on my clients website, [url removed, login to view] and I need someone to look at it to see why there is a delay in the music. There's music on each page, because this is a record company, they must have music on all pages and the client wants the music to play without a 1 minute delay.....can anyone help me with this.
