44070 Advanced DHTML pop-in

See www.sitepoint.com. when you get there a pop-in appears right at the bottom of the page promoting their products. (does not always show, I am viewing in Firefox) I need exactly that.... Let me know how much it will be. I need the code, I need to be able to change what page I want it redirected to etc. You need to do the entire job... If you are not great at graphic design that is fine, we should be able to update the graphich ourself...
