Database to help identify cases that are eligible for a given intervention
Below are details of what is expected:
Scenario: You have offices in a different location, call it location 1 to 65.
In each of this location, they have dedicated officers who respond to data requests from the central office.
However, to optimize the system and address gaps (reduction in gaps), you will want these officers at these various locations to be able to have a view of the summary of data being sent to the central office.
As data is being uploaded by the field officers, the DBMS/ Access also does automated calculations for that specific location and identifies gaps/ red flags/ eligible cases (as determined by the central office using key program indicators).
The field officers see they location-specific gaps/ red flags and initiate remediation steps, while the central office has a systems view of the entire 1-65 locations, and can deep dive to specific locations for granular management of gaps
