Scrape address data from public website

I would like you to scrape data from a public website and provide a TSV with the output.
The URL format is:
[login to view URL]
We should scrape this data:
ID (which is the number from the URL, ex: 3)
Name (ex: Paula Abdul)
Address (ex: 3854 Beverly Ridge Drive, Los Angeles, CA)
"Address Requires Premium Membership" will appear unless logged in. Please use this login:

The script will then fetch the next address by incrementing the number in the URL. I believe there are <3000 pages.
Your bid should scope providing the full TSV export, plus a copy of the script that was used.
Do not bid unless you have created a proof of concept and provided a sample with your bid. The budget is around $25 for this project.
