This is a new role, we are a new company and as we are starting up, we will need assistance with various task - online marketing. But your main function is customer service (phone/chat/email).
You need to convert, emails/chat and phone inquiries are converted into customers.
We will be progressively increasing your hours to manage clients and ensure that new leads are converted into client and existing clients are well looked after.
You will need to possess:
Sales/customer service experience
Confident phone manner - British accent
Perfect written English
Marketing experience - Advertising, marketing and online marketing knowledge
Available for phone/chat and email response
If you speak another language (or 3) this is a great advantage
You will be available GMT 9 - 6pm
You will need to be available during GMT times, to answer the phones (per call rate), however you only need to be available for set times for email and chat response (hourly rate). This of course is negotiable? What works best for you? Please provide your rates for both.
You will begin assisting with our online marketing efforts:
You must know how the following items work: keyword research, submissions, social networking, submissions, translations. Then you will be working with clients, once you start working with clients you will be responsible for email/phone and chat.
You must make sure our existing and new clients are HAPPY!
