Virtual assistant needed for Set up and Customer service position in our new business online.

(the business already exists successfully for several years in other country, so that we are opening the service aimed to english)

I am looking for a professional, internet-savvy virtual assistant. I am looking for dependable attentive self starter person, so I do not have to tell you things twice. So if you are a beginner, this is not for you.

You have to care about new customers that signs in, get their data, organize the set up from his business in our service, interact with other departments in our company etc.

You have to do the Customer support too:

We receive queries from our contact form: Prospects that ask questions related to the service, so you must have commercial ability and have sale orientation to conduct the prospects to sign up (we pay an extra 2 $ bonus to convert a prospect into a customer).

We will train you properly. We have a complete position guide and we have another person in the same position that will support you. I will be too helping, solving questions etc.

IF you have some knowledge about SEO is better, since you will have to get some basics about SEO. However , if you don’t have it and you are willing to learn, it will be fine.

Outlook 2007 its needed, so we prefer someone that already was used to it.

Should have excellent English skills since you have to deal with customers, prospects etc.

It’s a long term position. Time required: 4-6 hours a day. But initially it will be less as we get customers (we have scheduled a big campaign for next week). Its flexible since its done exclusively by email.

The rate of pay we are looking for is $[url removed, login to view] per hour. (plus the 2 $ bonus to convert every prospect to customer)
