Sending Broadcast Email

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: I have a list of about 50,000 emails that I need to send a promotional email to. I don’t have broadcast email software that will allow me to send to that many people so I need someone that does. I want to do a split test with this list and send 25,000 emails with one subject line and 25,000 emails with another subject line. The body of the email will be the same for both. It is html and you can see a copy of it at: [login to view URL] I need the email to go out in a way that it won’t go to a high percentage of people’s bulk mail folders. I would like to see the emails go out individually instead of at the same time. There will need to be some option for people to opt out of the list If you are capable of doing mail merge with the first name into the subject line please let me know. It’s not necessary but I would prefer it. RESOURCES PROVIDED: Once we have agreed on a price I will send you a CSV file with all the emails and I will send the html code for the email as well as the 2 different subject lines. BUSINESS TERMS: Once we have agreed on a price and timeline I will put the full amount of money into escrow. I would like to see some time of report showing that all the emails have been sent (and any statistics that go with it if there are any). Once I have received the report I will release the funds from escrow. REQUESTS: Please send me information about what type of email broadcast system you will use to send these emails. ADITTIONAL NOTES: I will probably need to start doing this regularly so if I receive a good price on this project and have good results I will probably have quite a bit of similar work in the future.
