Quiero poner en línea un portal especializado en coches de alta gama que combine dos secciones clave: alquiler y venta. Funcionalidades principales • Registro dual: las empresas crean su perfil, mientras que los clientes generan cuentas independientes. • Publicación empresarial: cada compañía podrá subir la descripción detallada de sus servicios y una completa galería de fotos para cada coche. • Búsqueda avanzada: los usuarios filtrarán resultados por ubicación, tipo de coche y rango de precios; el panel debe ser claro y rápido. • Valoraciones y comentarios: tras contratar o comprar, el cliente dejará una calificación y reseña visibles para otros visitantes. • Comparador de proveedores: quiero que el usuario final pueda guardar varios coches/proveedores en una lista y decidir con base en las valoraciones y precios. Alcance técnico – Front-end responsivo (desktop y móvil) con carga veloz. – Back-end seguro con roles diferenciados (empresa, cliente, administrador). – Panel de administración para aprobar registros, moderar comentarios y destacar anuncios. – Base de datos optimizada que permita escalar cuando crezca el número de coches listados. – SEO básico integrado y compatibilidad con Google Analytics. Entregables esperados 1. Portal funcional desplegado en hosting de prueba. 2. Código fuente documentado. 3. Manual corto de uso para administradores y empresas. Indícame la pila que propones (ej.
