Attend Client Meetings

You will step into live client meetings—introductory, cultural-fit, and above all technical interviews—to represent our team, keep the conversation flowing, and ensure every requirement is captured accurately. Attending these calls is the single most critical part of the role, so confidence under pressure and clear English articulation matter more than anything else. During each session you will: • guide the discussion, field or rephrase tough technical questions for our developers, and keep both sides comfortable; • capture the outcome immediately after the call in a concise Loom video or brief written report that highlights next steps and technical specs; • relay those notes to our internal devs so no detail is lost. I compensate meeting time at $30–$50 per hour and, when a project you shepherd converts, add a 20–30 % bonus from the first month’s budget. To thrive here you should bring at least four years of hands-on web-development experience across front- and back-end stacks and, ideally, prior exposure to running technical interviews.
