Two things in your brief pull against each other, and one of them is easy to fix. "Basic ARIA tags" alongside semantic markup is usually a step backwards. ARIA's first rule is not to use ARIA when a native element already does the job - role="navigation" on a nav element is redundant, and incorrect ARIA is worse for screen reader users than none at all. What actually decides accessibility here is specific to the minimal aesthetic you want: calm palettes routinely fail the 4.5:1 contrast minimum, and minimal designs tend to strip the focus ring, which strands anyone navigating by keyboard. I would rather get those right than sprinkle attributes. Second, and this one is commercial: if the About Us page is the blueprint for everything after it, the deliverable that matters is not a page. It is the tokens - spacing scale, type scale, colours as CSS custom properties - plus the components built on them. Without that, page two gets built by eyeballing page one and the design language has drifted by page four. Same effort now, and it makes your rollout mechanical instead of interpretive. Small one: a fixed top bar hides anchor targets when you link in-page. scroll-margin-top on the headings solves it, and it is easier to build in than to retrofit. 750 INR/hr. Aakaash
