Our current homepage is not converting visitors into enquiries as consistently as it should. The primary aim of this project is to turn that page into a genuine lead generator, and I’m open to extending the work to the rest of the site if you can show clear wins. Here is what I *think* needs attention: • Page layout and navigation feel dated and could be streamlined to guide visitors directly toward our call-to-action. • We have a solid library of copy, images and video, yet I’m not convinced we’re using any of it to best advantage. I need fresh eyes on how to place, trim or repurpose that material so every block on the page pulls its weight. • Visual appeal matters; stronger imagery, typography and micro-interactions should create an immediate sense of trust and momentum. I don’t have a fixed stance on whether we should write brand-new content or simply optimise what’s there—show me the rationale in your approach and I’ll back it. Deliverables I expect: 1. High-fidelity mock-up (Figma, XD or comparable) of the reworked homepage, mobile-first but fully responsive. 2. Clear placement strategy for CTAs, forms or lead-capture modules, with an explanation of how each element supports conversion goals. 3. Annotated hand-off files ready for my developer or, if you prefer, a proposal to implement the build yourself. Success is measured by an intuitive user journey, faster access to the contact touchpoint and a design that encourages visitors to stay longer and engage. If the initial redesign hits the mark, there’s scope to roll the same treatment across the full site.
