Live Video Chat for virtual parts counte

We are a parts warehouse that has a parts sales counter. we provide parts for outdoor power equipment. The task is to create a live video chat without have to install software on the customers desktop or mobile device using a browser. the live video will need to use both the front face and rear facing camera of the mobile device, the camera of the PC from the customer if not using a mobile device, and 2 cameras for the parts counter to use. 1 of these cameras will be down facing the parts counter and the other facing the sales rep. the concept is that the customer can use the cameras to show the parts they are trying to match up or the camera to show where on the equipment the part is bad. the parts counter will use the down facing camera to show parts to the customer to confirm correct part.
