Convert a html theme to be used on a Volusion website

Looking for someone that is able to convert a html theme to use on my Volusion website [login to view URL]
The template I'm looking at is "KALLYAS - Responsive Multipurpose Template":

Since you just converting the html you shouldn't need to touch the CSS or Javascript if all goes well. But document any changes if you do, to make updating easier in the future.
I am wanting every page possible to be styled with the dark version of this theme. Please correct me if I’m wrong if there are things that can’t be done and I’ll update this to reflect.

To change the theme to dark click the top left settings button. Also change the colour suggestion to blue (#1592CC).
So the website should look similar to

Could use one of the many image sliders here oo.

While the there is no cart checkout demo that I can see, you can just do the same layout, using the template style where you can.

No hard-coded advert images. Able to edit from the Volusion back-end if possible.
No time limit. But would like it done within 1 month.
All main browsers supported(Latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, IE 8/9/10) and should look basically the same. Hopefully the template should of done the work here.
