We are looking for Taglish-speaking voice talents from all regions of the Philippines for part-time voice recording work. Key Responsibilities & Project Scope 1. Voice Acting & Script Delivery Perform scripted content with accurate reading, clear diction, and scenario-appropriate emotion. Deliver lines naturally, as if speaking in real customer conversations. 2. Scenario-Based Performance Credit Card Repayment Reminders (Collections): Use a professional, firm, and well-measured tone—clear, credible, and respectful. Platform Event Invitations (Marketing): Deliver scripts with a warm, friendly, and engaging voice that attracts and excites listeners. 3. Quality Assurance Ensure all recordings meet technical, linguistic, and emotional standards, including script accuracy, consistent audio quality, and correct emotional inflection. Recording Specifications 1. Accent & Pronunciation Must be a local native Taglish speaker with a pure and authentic accent. No mixed or heavy regional accent influence. Pronunciation and intonation should sound natural and conversational, not stiff or read. 2. Emotional Accuracy & Semantic Delivery Voice performance must strictly follow the emotional cues indicated in the script (e.g., neutral explanation, kind greeting, formal messaging). Meaning should be conveyed through natural pacing and intonation changes: Friendly/kind content → gentle, warm, slightly rising tone Formal/professional content → steady, composed, and serious tone Flat narration, overacting, or emotional mismatch should be avoided to preserve the realism of a live customer service interaction. 3. Content Completeness & Recording Integrity All sentences and paragraphs must be fully recorded with no skipping, omissions, or repetitions. Any misreading or verbal error requires the entire sentence or paragraph to be re-recorded. Audio splicing or patch editing is strictly prohibited to ensure consistency and audio integrity.
