# Voiceover Artist Required – American & Italian-Influenced English | 30 Instagram Reels We are looking for a professional English voiceover artist for a series of short-form Instagram reels for two restaurant brands in India: **Mr. White’s Fried Chicken & Burgers** and **Viaggio Gustoso**. **Mr. White’s Fried Chicken & Burgers** is built around bold American-style comfort food, with fried chicken, burgers, and contemporary quick-service dining at the centre of its storytelling. **Viaggio Gustoso** brings an Italian-inspired food and lifestyle experience to the audience, with the visual and narrative language focused on Italian cuisine, dining culture, warmth, and the feeling of enjoying food as an experience rather than simply a meal. The reels will combine food, restaurant, people, and lifestyle visuals with short narrative scripts. The voiceover therefore needs to feel **professional, warm, cinematic, and story-driven**—not like a conventional advertisement, hard sell, or hyperactive social-media voice. ## Project Scope * **Total reels:** 30 * **Duration:** Approximately 60 seconds per reel * **Script length:** Approximately 120–130 words per reel * **Voice versions required:** 2 versions of every script * Standard / authentic **American English** * Clear **Italian-influenced English**, with a natural and noticeable Italian lilt * **Total completed voiceover takes:** 30 *(15 reels × 2 accent versions)* The Italian version should sound naturally influenced by an Italian speaker using English. It should **not feel exaggerated, comic, stereotypical, or theatrical**. ## What We Will Provide For every reel, we will supply: * Finalised English voiceover script * Direction on pacing and overall mood * Pronunciation notes where necessary * Any specific emphasis or pause requirements ## Voice Direction We are looking for a delivery that is: * Confident and professional * Warm and sophisticated * Natural and conversational * Story-led rather than promotional * Controlled in pace to suit approximately 60-second reels * Expressive enough to complement premium food and lifestyle visuals without sounding overperformed The **American take** should sound natural and credible to a native American-English listener. The **Italian-influenced take** should retain clear, understandable English while carrying an identifiable and authentic Italian cadence, pronunciation pattern, and musicality. ## Deliverables For each of the 30 reels, we require: 1. **American-English voiceover – WAV** 2. **American-English voiceover – MP3 preview** 3. **Italian-influenced English voiceover – WAV** 4. **Italian-influenced English voiceover – MP3 preview** ### Total Project Deliverables * **15 American voiceover takes** * **15 Italian-influenced voiceover takes** * **30 completed voiceover recordings** * WAV master files for all recordings * MP3 preview/reference files for all recordings * Clean voice only * No music * No sound effects * No background noise * No processing that compromises the natural quality of the voice ### Technical Audio Specifications Master recordings must be supplied as: * **WAV: 48 kHz / 24-bit** * **MP3 preview** * Peak level: approximately **-3 dBFS** * Integrated loudness: **-16 LUFS ±2 LU** * Professionally recorded and edited * Noise-free * Free from clipping, mouth clicks, distracting breaths, room echo, or background interference Files should be cleanly named and organised by **reel number, brand, and accent** for easy production use. ## Turnaround Target turnaround is **within 48 hours of receiving each finalised script or agreed batch of scripts**. Faster delivery is appreciated because the content will be released on a continuing weekly schedule. The project may be assigned in batches rather than all 30 reels simultaneously. ## Acceptance Criteria The final recordings will be approved based on the following: 1. Both accents sound natural and credible to listeners familiar with each variety. 2. The Italian influence is recognisable without becoming exaggerated or stereotypical. 3. The tone remains confidently professional, warm, and narrative throughout. 4. Timing works naturally within the approximately 60-second reel format. 5. Pronunciation and emphasis follow the supplied direction. 6. Audio meets the required technical specifications and broadcast-quality standards. 7. Recordings are clean enough to move directly into video post-production. ## Audition / Previous Work Please share examples of previous professional voiceover work demonstrating: * Natural American English * Italian or Italian-influenced English * Food, hospitality, lifestyle, travel, or narrative brand content, if available If you do not already have suitable examples for both accents, a **short custom sample using a section of our script** may be requested before final selection. ## Potential for Ongoing Work This initial assignment covers **30 Instagram reels / 60 finished voiceover takes**, but this is intended to be the beginning of a continuing content programme. Both **Mr. White’s Fried Chicken & Burgers** and **Viaggio Gustoso** will require ongoing digital and social-media content. A voice artist who establishes the right vocal identity for the brands may therefore be considered for **future reels, restaurant campaigns, menu launches, promotional films, brand stories, digital advertisements, and other voiceover projects**. We are particularly interested in developing a consistent long-term voice for the brands rather than treating this purely as a one-off recording assignment.
