Background: I own a mortgage company with over 100 locations. Loans are processed on a third party software platform ([url removed, login to view]). Need to be able to save files to a server via the Internet.
Task: Create a Visual Basic script or a BATCH file that does the following:
** Checks for a connection at time of boot up if one exists continue if not then ask to make a connection
** Read locations of the files stored on the workstation or server from an .ini file
** Copy the contents of the directories to a mapped FTP drive (using [url removed, login to view]) and their Titan FTP server software.
** Would like to verify the dates of the files and actually only transfer the ones that are newer than on the FTP server mapped drive (although the files are very small)
