I am looking for an experienced designer/developer who can take several drafts, concepts or prototypes and build a professional, attractive and well-structured user interface for a win32 desktop application.
This is not a coder/programmer job even though some programming experience (Delphi/VB) might be an added value in order to better fulfill the requirements.
For your bid to even be considered, you must provide portfolio and previous work done on application design. You will also need to provide a first draft for the main screen of our application in order to prove your skills and to grasp our attention at your design solution. Designers who can show proof of participation in a “Microsoft UI Designed For” logo process will be given preferences as well as designers who can provide prototype through designing applications (e.g. Caretta GUI Design Studio).
Application are developeded for Windows 2000/XP/Vista and UI must be logically designed in order to adapt to these versions. If necessary, we will use third-party components to obtain the best design possible.
If totally satisfied, additional work will be considered, in the future, for the selected provider.
I am looking for an analyst that will take requirement documents and design a modern XP/Vista look design. This might take several rounds until the GUI gets total approval.
Do not bother to bid if you are a programmer that hasn't gone past the "insert/edit/delete buttons" style of UI.
Budget: $30-$50 depending on skills level.
