10 CSS based Themes for Wordpress required

We are looking for 10 (ten)CSS based themes for Wordpress. They would be used mainly to build basic business websites where 'Pages' would be used more than 'Posts'. The themes should be original and not copied from any existing themes. The 10 themes should cover different design themes. They should be provided ready to be installed using the Wordpress admin area and no other coding changes. We are looking for a variety of colours and layouts that would be suitable for small businesses - i.e nothing too specific in terms of graphics used. Typical examples would be

Most importantly they should be easy to use, sharp and professional looking.
It would be very helpful if you could post a link to similar pages you have done yourself or to your design portfolio
Payment will be through Escrow or Paypal and will occur at the end of the project, once the ten files are delivered.
