Job / Client Datbase
Plumber requires a custom database to track customer / job details.
Each job will be broken into 5 separate stages and will need the following common fields:
Plans: Will attach image file for each stage
Materials: - item name / quantity
Notes / Special Requirements:
Comments: As well as a section for typed comments / will req. a check list of items to be advised
Job Finished / Unfinished – check box or yes no (This will be used for reminders on main page of program; ie: - main page show all unfinished jobs – unfinished stage will be highlighted with link to same. Same process for finished jobs)
Will need admin area? Or protected area for adding new clients / addresses etc… needs to be shared across network and have simultaneous access for multiple users. Would like to restrict users to filling out comments and job status only – perhaps provisions to create multiple user accounts – perhaps even employee name filled out automatically depending on user name used to login to program.
Main page will have plans attached as an image to each address – to be printed so please provide provisions for this.
