This Project will be a end user Database Management system for a GYM. The DBMS will be designed using VB.Net. The main GUI will have five buttons and one textbox and they are in order from top down;
1. Add New Member
2. View and Edit Members
3. Payments by Members
4. Payments by days..months
5. Exit the program.
at the bottom of the of the GUI there will be a textbox to enter Member ID.
The GUI will also have file drop down menus at the top of the screen and they are
Data, Payments, Overview
Underneath Data their will be
*Members
*Exit
The member drop down will have more options to select new member , edit member and members list
The exit will close the system
Underneath Payments their will be selection of payment by members
The overview selection will have a selection of members in the gym. this will show all the members currently in the gym
In the add new member field the form will have
Member ID :
Member from : the date they joined
Vaild Until : the date membership will expire
Name:
Surname:
Address:
Contact:
Email:
Date of Birth:
Remarks:
Subscription Type = There will be a drop down list for either monthly or yearly
The subscription field will also have the TOTAL amount
There will also be a buttion where we can upload members photos from the computers file and a button to cancel the photo.
2. View and edit Members
This form will alow the user to find current members and view and edit their profile.
3. Payment By members
This will list the current membership and payment details of the members
4. Payment by days/months yearly
This will show the overview of all the payments by each member
5. Exit the program
Program will close
Attached is an example of a demo system. If possible would like to have something similiar the file i have attached but smaller. The system will have to use Visual Basic. Net . I would like the exact format but without new reciept and single reciept. The password to loging to the demo database is user name: admin and pssw is admin. The file is called fitko.
I have also attached the Actual GUI that the project will look like. I have already created all the forms. All that needs to be done is the coding in VB.net visual studio. I want it too look exactly as i have created it. The file is called GYM Management.
Also i need this project to be completed in 7 days exactly. I need someone who will dedicate this project 110% as this is really important to me.
