158330 ASP.Net Web Application Form

Asp.Net developer needed to complete a web application form.

I have a web application form that needs to be finalized. This web form will work on a W2K3 server and will save the data on to a SQL server 2000.

I have already created the form, and it can write data on a db. However, it still has some flaws and it is incomplete.

What's needed?

1. Validation control for the form elements. (Dates, e-mail address etc.)

2. Resume section must be completed. (upload a file to the server under 'resumes' folder and also write the path to the field on db)

3. The form should send an e-mail to a couple of people when submitted. E-mail must include a link which when I click on that link, I should see the record on the form and will be able to print it. (another dataview form required, please see item 4)

4. A Dataview form needed. This form should include "delete record" function for every single record on the db.

5. Some of the fields are required before subitting. If not completed, show a warning message somewhere on the screen so that user can complete and submit.

6. A "Thank you" page needed. When submit the form, user must see that screen.

All the necessary files(db details in excel file, web form in aspx format, a css file, and a sql file that you can create the db on your test server) will be provided to a developer who can show me at least 1 similar project that's been completed by the developer.
