if you're serious about this, you'd first set your hourly rate to something accordingly. For $3/h I'll get a job at our local supermarket - and definitely prefer that value for money.
Well stated...I couldn't agree more. Unfortunately, we have many "developers" on this site to whom $20 is worth a lot more (currency exchange), and they're the ones hurting the industry around locally...
