We are looking for a coder who can write plugin for Outlook to convert emails into a PDF. We have a mail folder in Outlook 2013 where all electronically emailed invoices are kept.
- when started the plugin requests the folder on which it should run
- it asks the start and end date (to select the mails to be included)
- if an email has no attachments then the email itself should be saved as a PDF
- if the email has a PDF as attachment then the attachment should be saved
All PDF's should be in one PDF file.
To recap the goal is to have a plugin that saves all emails in a specific folder into one (1) PDF, if the email has an attachment it is the attachment, if none then it is the email itself.
