The form only needs to ask for the Ring ID number, Weight, Size, Length, Width,Metal, Notes
If we are adding the category Jewelry - Neclace Sets
The form needs to ask form Necklace Set ID, Weight, Necklace Length, Width, Earring Length, Earring Width, Collectio, Metal, Notes etc...
All this need to be placed into a an excell work book. The form must be easily used on multiple computers, so it should be transportable.
