Decrypt/Reverse Engineer an MS-SQL database
I have an .SDF file and I believe is a password protected/encrypted MS SQL file. This database file is part of an application which was designed to run on Pocket PC/Casiopaeia. The Pocket PC may or may not have SQL Server installed, but I do know that the application was developed in Visual Basic for Mobile. This SQL database file contains a huge database of books which I would like to have it extracted as a CSV file. This way I can import it into my MySQL database.
Please give me a quote on how much it will cost to decrypt the database. I have also uploaded the 55MB database file along with the self-installable application that uses the SQL database on the Pocket PC. The file can be downloaded from:

The file I am interesting in decrypting is BBADB.sdf which happens to be "SSCE Database" i.e. SQL Server CE format.
