On-Site Mid - to Extra-Large Canvas Stretching

I’m looking for a skilled framer who can come to my studio a few times a year—usually three or four sessions—to stretch fresh canvases over new bars. Most of what I paint on measures well over 60" on the longest side, though I occasionally have smaller pieces mixed in. At each visit you’ll prepare about three to four frames. The goal is not a gallery-ready finish; I only need the fabric pulled flat and evenly tensioned so I can start painting right away. Corners can stay loose and the final stapling can be minimal because the works will be rolled, shipped, and fully re-stretched off-site later. You’ll bring your own staple gun, pliers, and keys; I’ll supply canvas and bars. A knack for handling very large formats quickly—and navigating tight studio space without scuffing the surface—is essential.
