illustration (character+scene) project

my buddy is having a family reunion in paris and needs a little illustration done up. the general idea is this : [url removed, login to view] (obviously a little better quality) anyhow we need to place the characters (see ZIP) in that sketch: person 1 + 2 : each leaning out of windows of the boat looking drunk - person 1 holding a bottle of wine and person 2 drinking from a bottle of wine person 3 : walking along the river bank with his pet crocodile or throwing meat into the river feeding crocodiles person 4 : running up the eiffel tower (i know the tower person 5 : with a sales stand along the river bank selling 'authentic clean french water' (we should see a pipe comming from the river into his gallon of water) person 6 : a helicopter in the sky with a 'FRANCE 3' sign on it- this person should have a video camera on her shoulder filming the boat on the river NOTE - the sketched characters must resemble the pictures in some way NOTE - the other details need not have a great amount of detail (helicopter, water stand etc) , once its very clear what they are NOTE - each entity having a different layer would be great NOTE - - vector format would be great this is just a person project for my friend which hes not convinced- but i think such a think would be great- for this reason please keep the bids kind - i do have more, professional work comming up. many thanks

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
