We are looking for an experienced VR developer to help build an interactive simulation environment designed for training and scenario-based interaction. This is an early-stage MVP focused on creating a realistic interactive environment where a user can interact with virtual characters and navigate guided scenarios. The experience will run on Meta Quest devices and should support structured interactions and branching user responses. More details about the application and industry use case will be shared privately after an initial technical discussion. Core Requirements We are looking for a developer with experience in: • Unity VR development • Meta Quest / Oculus platform deployment • Interactive environments with NPC characters • Branching scenario logic or decision trees • Voice interaction or dialogue systems (preferred) Technical Stack (preferred) • Unity (XR) • Meta Quest development tools • Dialogue system or conversational interaction tools • Experience with AI or voice interaction is a plus Project Goal The objective is to build the core architecture for a modular VR interaction system that can expand into additional scenarios in future phases.
