We are looking for an awesome individual to come on board part time or full time to assist with various administrative and management tasks.
Desired help includes:
Entering timecards in client systems once a week
Invoicing clients once a month
Keeping tabs on current projects, checking in with employees about statuses
Blog writing / social media management
Travel Planning / Scheduling
Email assistance / management
Setting up accounts for new employees
Must be proficient with Office Suite, GMail, Google Calendar, Quickbooks, screen sharing tools, and any knowledge of ServiceNow would be a plus! In general you need to be extremly comfortable with technology and able to figure out new websites and software without assistance. Need to be able to compose professional sounding email replies and be detail oriented.
