Virtual Assistant wanted for on-going admin and assistance

I am looking for a Virtual Assistant to assist me with on-going work. I am a manager at a company and I need someone to assist with me general tasks such as:
Data Entry (excel, csv, pdf, word, Shopify)
Comfortable using Office 365 (Word, Excel) be able to edit PDF's (Acrobat or equivalent),
Be able to organize and structure dropbox folders and files regularly
organising calenders, tasks lists, project management software (asana, trello etc).
This person would ideally have great organizational skills, be able to work independently and with a good level of English. I would like someone motivated that I can rely on to keep everything organized for me.
You are free to work on your own schedule but keeping in mind that I might have urgent tasks sometimes. Looking for a long-term growing relationship start at around 15-20 hours a week.
