We are a property investment and management company who are entering into the French market.
We are looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistance (VA) who can speak and write English and French to an excellent standard.
The tasks will vary but will mainly consist of making phone calls and sending emails to clients and agents, research, administrative tasks, and customer relations, as and when required.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office or Google Docs
Strong internet research ability
Experience with cloud services such as Dropbox or Google Drive.
Experience in CMS systems.
You must have an excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
The tasks would take less than 10 hours a week, and we will undertake an initial trial period of a week.
The offer is for an initial trial period (set number of hours). We are looking for someone to become our dedicated VA pending a successful trial period.
