What is PRELO?
PRELO began with a simple idea, a laptop and the desire to create something special. Now it has been defined as a business that has the potential to reinvent the global house-hunting experience, and we want you to join us as we continue our expansion.
The role will be to assist the PRELO relocation manager to help our clients (those who are searching for rental accommodation) search, secure and move in to their new rental accommodation.
This specific project will initially be focused on the shortlisting and scheduling of property viewings that meet the needs and requirements of our clients.
-Review the client's specific property requirements (provided by the PRELO relocation manager)
-Shortlist properties via websites such as [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] (in Ireland) that meet pre-defined requirements. eg. price of rent per month, location, distance to transport links etc. (information on locations will be provided by PRELO relocation manager to VA)
-Schedule viewings via phone calls, emails or via the message functionality in websites [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]
-Provide email confirmation to client who is searching for rental accommodation for: date, time, and location of viewings as well as landlord contact details.
-Follow-up with client after viewing via WhatsApp to see if they would like to submit an application for that specific property they just viewed
-Training will be provided
-Full FAQs will be provided to assist with training
-KPI will be to set up 2 viewings per day per client (if this is completed before agreed shift-times, virtual assistant can finish work but still be paid for full shift)
Skills: Research, excellent English (as phone calls may be required), strong communication via slack and whats-app, organisation, time-management
Hours that will be required to be worked will be Dublin, Ireland business hours, between 10am and 5.30pm
