HR Virtual Assistant | Business Development for Real Estate SMMA

Job Description:
We are looking for 1 HUMAN RESOURCES Assistant to integrate into the team for research, selection and management of Freelancers for the expansion of our social media marketing agency in the USA. The resource will work in coordination with the Business Development Manager to ensure the creation, optimization and improvement of processes, systems and automations.
Tasks:
1. Publish job listings, select candidates and set up meetings
2. Onboard freelancers and provide operational tools
3. Coordinate orientation, education and training sessions
4. Monitor achievement of pre-established KPIs on a daily basis
5. Submit a report with all operations and news
6. Create useful materials and resources to increase the results
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of English (preferably also Italian)
- Demonstrable previous experience in the role
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- Proactivity and autonomy in presenting the company and open roles to potential candidates
- Knowledge of Trello, Slack, Google Drive and Excel Sheets
- Excellent project management skills on time
- Orientation towards achieving predefined objectives
- Aptitude for teamwork
- Immediate availability
