Dear Secretary, For our e-commerce business, we are looking for a part-time secretary who is able to understand and to help me out with the day to day stuff that comes by in our business. I find myself at a time when I am letting my e-mail run, sometimes for weeks without reading anything because I'm focussing on really important aspects of the business that need attention, or when I'm shooting risks all day. Our business is focussed on the 3d printing market. Which means we sell 3d printers and supplies. We do that now in mainly the Netherlands and Belgium. But shortly we will be expanding to the whole EU. Here is some video about 3d printing: [login to view URL] You will be responsible for: - doing some operational tasks in the business - like helping with finances sometimes - helping with cleaning my e-mail day to day - structuring my e-mail filters - keeping me up to date about important things in my mail - being my antenna basically for what comes into my mailbox - scheduling my appointments - redirecting e-mails to the right mailboxes - taking up the phone so now and then (VOIP) And basically all that comes with the job as secretary / virtual assistant in order to take some things off my plate, so I can focus on growing the business. Apart from that, we are a young, innovative company. In other words, there is a lot of room for you to collaborate with our team on improving our workflows and processes. As we grow, there is also room for you to take on more responsibility. Good English speaking and writing skills are therefore essential. Hey! I checked your youtube video and It was amazing! I was mesmerised by how advance 3D printing Technology has become. I am Atharv and I have a technical education from one of the best University in India. I am always curious about the latest technologies and they excite me like nothing else. Technical scope of my education includes programming in various programming languages as well as couple networking subjects. The business scope of my degree ranged from managing finances, reducing cash burn, how to increase the Return On Capital Employed (ROCE) as well as how important hard and soft skills are to be a part of a business. I went to a field trip once where I saw the company printing miniature models of their architecture plans to display it to customers as well as make sure their actual designs look good enough. 3D printing was a way for them to save costs and create realistic models to understand how their actual projects would work. However, I have previously worked for Vodafone NZ and Microsoft where there was a requirement to understand technical aspects of the job.
