Job Description:
Small mental health and addiction medicine clinic in need of virtual assistant to communicate with clients and schedule appointments. You would communicate by phone, email, and text with leads and existing clients in order to schedule them for evaluations and remind them of upcoming appointments. Assistant needs to be patient and kind as clients and leads may be in crisis when calling to schedule an appointment; you need to be able to make them feel at ease and deescalate any tension when it arises. Most interactions will be more mundane, but it is still important that you are able to respond promptly to inquiries. You would also forward patient requests and questions to the doctor. Need coverage five days a week. No medical knowledge is required. We will provide you with scripts to assist with client interactions.
