COMPANY OVERVIEW We are a localization services company that offers industry-leading translation and interpretation solutions. Our platform connects our global clients with one of the largest translator networks in the world, with over 100,000 native professional translators in 100+ languages. We are seeking a remote assistant/customer service representative to help enhance communication between the internal team and our clients. This is a long-term position for the right candidate. RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform administrative duties as directed by supervisors • Regularly monitor platform to identify any flagged projects • Communicate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer/ technological issues • Respond to customer requests (resolve complaints, provide project updates, propose resolutions, etc.) • Work with the linguistic resource team to respond to linguist inquiries • Attend weekly calls with the team REQUIREMENTS • Tech savvy/computer literate, have access to reliable computer, internet and power • Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written) • Willingness to work a flexible schedule • Available to work at least 4 hours per day from M-F, between 11am-8pm PST • Have prior Admin Assistant experience • Experience with CRM software and MS office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) is a plus We will provide you with a brief training of our platform and a further set of instructions outlining our processes prior to the start of work.
