We’re looking for a passionate and empathetic Business Development Rep (BDR) to make video content & book qualified local business owners for set calls onto the Account Executive’s (AE) calendar.
The ideal candidate is a people person that will attract core customers to MK Way by leveraging our tech stack to develop interactions with potential customers. You are an essential part of building up a massive sales pipeline for the AE to close into our MK Way services. You will work closely with the CEO and the Sales team to maintain communication about prospects, meeting times, closing strategies, and quality control of set video meetings or phone calls booked. You'll have a direct impact on the growth of the company by managing our outbound & inbound lead pipeline and identifying content marketing that can be used for sales growth opportunities.
Our BDR’s understand how to combine a results-driven mindset and a solid work ethic with the ability to think outside the box in order to attract qualified (i) business owners or (ii) established solopreneur content creators for meetings. You understand that building out the skillset of video-prospecting with outbound sales is a great foundation for a successful career in sales, business development, and entrepreneurial ventures
