We are looking for helpdesk agents to join our existing team in a 24/7 environment. Agent must have good communication/language skills. Communication needed is only through tickets and in English and receiving or making calls to customers/clients in NOT required. This is a business to business project (b2b). Work time is 5:30 AM Singapore time to 10 AM Singapore time. Agent is expected to acknowledge - accept - respond to tickets during his/her shift time within 15 minutes. Ticket notification can be received on mobile devices. Project is a Work From Home project so agent must have a laptop/PC and a stable internet connection.
