I run a small Australian public relations and production company and am in need of a virtual assistant. We have had people work in this role successfully in the past.
Assistant would be tasked with various PA duties to help booking meetings (responding to emails quickly), writing emails and sending out email pitches and following up with associates, helping coordinate various communications tasks.
- Very strong English Language only
- Must have good writing skills
- Organised and efficient
- Understanding of media, sales or PR a bonus
- Great people skills and be quick to reply to emails when liasing with clients
