Виртуальная помощь (в свободное от звонков время): Поиск и структурирование информации в интернете. Звонки в различные организации (США/Европа/Украина) для уточнения данных. Помощь клиентам в подготовке пакетов документов. Выполнение текущих поручений руководителя. Что мы ожидаем от кандидата: Грамотная речь и приятный голос. Опыт в продажах желателен Умение работать с возражениями и сохранять позитивный настрой. Высокий уровень самоорганизации (умение переключаться между задачами). Уверенное владение ПК и базовыми офисными программами (Google Docs/Sheets). Опыт работы в CRM или колл-центрах будет преимуществом. Мы предлагаем: Полностью удаленный формат работы.
