You will be working for a dessert supplier in Melbourne, Australia.
Time is fixed: Mon to Fri 9.30am to 6.30pm (AEST) 8hrs excluding 1 hr lunch break
Weekly fixed salary (40hrs per week)
- Maintain client accounts.
- Collect new leads from google places.
- Contact new leads to offer free samples.
- Contact existing clients follow up with their orders. take new orders.
- update client database.
- generate invoice
- update delivery schedule
- answer calls from clients.
- build rapport with clients
- maintain a good and lasting relationship with clients.
Skills & Experience
- Fluent in English
- well-versed in Microsoft office.
- unbeatable telephone service skills.
- fast and stable internet connection
- a quiet room to work in with no distractions.
- experience in telesales and personal assistant duties highly advantageous.
- highly organized and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- reliable computer or laptop and headset and mic.
- ability to commit at least 3 months
