So you would work with us full time to build youtube channels around different niches and different keywords

## Deliverables

Each of these vidoes are basic, either talking head or powerpoint.

The content that you create is more of a discussion or a description or news about a curated piece of content.

Each video, once you get going will take about an hour

We will need about 15 to 25 videos per channel

We have many channels

We need full time employees

1. Choose your content piece. This is what you will creating your movie about. Our curation system is easy and it is fully described in the videos and manuals of the ninja curation profit system. We provide you access to the video guides and manuals. We will help you in the beginning by providing you with the curated material we want you to make a video about, but as we go, we need our employees to grasp the technique and grab a viable piece of curated content from our sources and use you own judgment to create the vidoe based on what you have learned. independent as we go along.

2. Grab the necessary "SEO" information from your content piece. Again, initially we will help you by providing you with the seo information with the curated piece of content we provide you with to make a video. As you learn and when you are comfortable with the system, it will then be up to you to identify the seo indicators from each piece of curated content and use them when you create the videos. We have manuals and videos that describe this in full, as well as convenient software and plugins that make it easy

3. Figure out what parts of that information we are going to use in our new video. Once again, we will make these selections for you in the beginning. It is easy, and once you get the hang of it, you will take on responsibility of identifying the unique keywords and phrases we want included in our videos

4. Create the video. Again, this is where your talents are needed. We want you to provide a video and we want you to take an angle on an existing piece of content. ( videos/articles/ebooks/blogs/etc.) Using the keywords and keyphrases we provide or that you identify we want you to create a quick video about a piece of content. Providing readers and watchers in our niche information about this piece, either good or bad or in the middle. We will help you, and in actual fact, because you have the content right there and all you are doing is critiquing it it is easy. Again, this is all described. But basic presentations are easy to do and you need to get the process down to about an hour or so a

5. Upload to YouTube. As you upload the video you need to upload your seo information as it is uploading. VERY IMPORTANT TO OUR PROCESS.

6. Add Subtitles/Closed Captions (this is big!) We provide instructions and plugins that makes this easy and again, this is critical to our system

7. Annotations for your video again we provide full demonstrations on how and why to do this. This is critical to our system and our monetizations.

8. Social media promotion, using our software, once you upload a video, simply fill in the blanks on the software and hit enter. We leave you with the responsibility of telling the world that we have a new video.

9. Post your video on a blog You will have access the the blog for that channel, you simply have to upload it to our blog.

10. Comment on the original curation piece and other related content. In order for this process to work we are going to give credit to the original author of the curated piece by commenting on their site.

All in all we will help you get going, and you are going to take longer your first few times.

Once you get the system down you will undoubtedly get quicker and your goal as always will be to get the process to around one hour.

11. Lather, Rinse, Repeat. Move on to the the next video of the channel on YouTube. Once you get 15 to 20 videos up and running and the channel starts to get viral traffic you will be moved to a new channel
