Residential Walkthrough Videography Needed

I’m preparing a series of residential listings and need a skilled videographer who can capture smooth, engaging walkthrough / virtual tour footage. The goal is to give online viewers the feeling of moving naturally through each home, so steady gimbal work, thoughtful composition, and consistent lighting are essential. Here’s how I picture the job: • Meet on-site, plan a logical room-to-room path, and record a continuous walkthrough that shows how the spaces connect. • Handle all primary filming gear—camera, gimbal or stabiliser, basic lighting where required—and record clean ambient audio (no narration needed). • Provide a lightly edited version (colour-corrected, trimmed, royalty-free background music, tasteful lower-third with property address) in 1080p or 4K, delivered as an MP4 ready to upload. I’ll supply a shot list, access details, and any special notes for each property before the shoot. Typical homes run 1,500–3,000 sq ft; filming usually takes under two hours on site.
