Event Speech Videography & Moments

I’m delivering an 18-minute keynote and want the entire talk captured in crisp, well-lit, professionally recorded video. That complete, high-quality recording is my top priority, so please bring the gear—HD (or better) camera, external mic, and stable support—to ensure clear visuals and clean audio from start to finish. This is a once in a lifetime event. Alongside the speech, I’d love you to document the story of the day: candid interactions as guests arrive, genuine audience reactions during key points, close-ups of event details (branding, décor, signage), and a few behind-the-scenes glimpses that show the energy offstage with me getting ready. Think of it as a visual narrative that pairs with the full-length talk. Deliverables • Main deliverable: unedited 18-minute video of the speech (balanced audio, in MP4). • Supporting footage: raw and lightly color-balanced clips of candid interactions, audience reactions, event details, and BTS moments. • Optional but appreciated: a short 60–90 second highlight reel cut from those moments for social sharing. Acceptance criteria 1. Speech video is continuous, in focus, and free of audio hiss or dropouts. 2. Atmosphere clips are labeled and organized by category (candid, audience, details, BTS). 3. Final files delivered via cloud link within one week of the event.
