Canton Fair Photo & Video Coverage

I will showcase our Real Touch artificial-flower line at the Canton Fair in Guangzhou on 25–26 April and I want the moments captured professionally. I’m looking for one person—or a small team—who can handle both photography and videography during the two show days. Your brief is straightforward: document the booth set-up, visitor interactions, close-ups of our products, and a few behind-the-scenes shots that convey the energy of the fair. In addition to the raw footage and high-resolution photos, I’d like a short highlight reel (about 60–90 seconds) ready for social media within one week of the event. Edited images should follow shortly after, colour-corrected and lightly retouched where necessary. We’ll have continuous activity from morning through late afternoon, so plan on full-day coverage each day. You should bring your own gear—camera bodies, fast lenses, gimbal or stabiliser, on-camera mic, and basic lighting if needed—plus enough storage cards and batteries to last.
