Should stay nearby or 2. can travel to that location or 3. be willing to receive the check at your address anywhere in US After picking up or receiving the check, I'll activate credentials for an app (Mercury banking app). App has to be installed on your phone. Details have to be entered to the app with pictures/videos of the check One time activity for now. If satisfied, may recur monthly or more often. Would need some identification and/or conversation including video calls to assess and exchange background and trust Smartphone needs to have active connection with calls and SMS and an authenticator app like Google authenticator installed.
