I am looking for an experienced freelancer to setup a private webcam streaming system using OBS Studio so the video can be injected into a secure computer via HDMI and appear as a normal USB webcam. The webcam originates from a MacBook Pro at a remote location. The stream must be transmitted over the Internet to a Windows mini PC located in the UK. That mini PC must receive the stream in OBS and output it via HDMI into a capture device. I am using the following capture device: UGREEN Video Capture Card HDMI to USB-C, 1080p 60FPS, UVC compliant. This capture card connects via USB-C to the secure work laptop and appears as a standard webcam device inside Microsoft Teams and browser-based applications (HTML / WebRTC camera input).
