Two-Day Video Capture

I'm in the Dallas area and in three weeks I'm facilitating a two-day seminar training program for a group of 18 - 20 attendees. I need someone to video this whole two-day effort (8-5, & 8-3). I don't need any special editing, I just need the raw footage at the end of the last day. 98% of the footage should be me presenting, but but would like some footage of the participants.
This should include providing a clip-on mic, so we get the sound quality we need, ... and being able to move the camera to different positions so we get different angles/shots throughout the day. In addition, we will be doing six different 30-minute role-plays on the second day. We will need to find a way to provide video footage to each of the participants in these role plays. That way, they can take their 30-minute video home, see what they did right/wrong, etc.
